The HMC517LC4TR is a high dynamic range GaAs PHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) from Analog Devices (ADI), housed in a RoHS-compliant leadless surface mount package. Covering the 17 GHz to 26 GHz frequency range, it delivers 19 dB of small signal gain, a low noise figure of 2.5 dB, and an output IP3 of +23 dBm. Its +13 dBm P1dB output power enables the LNA to also function as an LO driver for balanced, I/Q, or image reject mixers.
