The TPD3F303DPVR is a highly integrated three-channel EMI filter and ESD protection device from Texas Instruments (TI). It employs a C-R-C low-pass filter topology to provide EMI filtering (-3dB bandwidth of 300MHz) for the data, clock, and reset lines of SIM card interfaces, while integrated TVS diode arrays offer IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection (±15kV contact discharge) for the signal lines and the VCC power line. The device integrates 47Ω (clock line) and 100Ω (data, reset lines) termination resistors and is housed in an ultra-small USON-8 package (2.1×1.6mm), operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
