The UCC2895DWTR is an enhanced phase-shifted full-bridge PWM controller from Texas Instruments (TI), serving as an upgrade to the UCC3895 . It achieves control of the full-bridge power stage through phase-shift switching, enabling resonant zero-voltage switching (ZVS) for high efficiency at high frequencies . The device supports voltage-mode, peak current-mode, or average current-mode control and operates at frequencies up to 1MHz with a typical supply current of just 5mA at 500kHz . Housed in a 20-pin SOIC package (7.5mm wide), it operates from a 10V to 16.5V supply across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C . This controller features programmable output on-delay, adaptive delay set, bidirectional oscillator synchronization, 0% to 100% duty cycle control, and programmable soft start/stop .
