The LMT87QDCKRQ1 is an automotive-grade precision CMOS temperature sensor from Texas Instruments, part of the LMT87-Q1 family. It measures a wide temperature range of -50°C to +150°C and provides a linear analog voltage output inversely proportional to temperature, with an average gain of -13.6mV/°C. The device features a typical accuracy of ±0.4°C and a maximum accuracy of ±2.7°C across the full temperature range. It supports a wide 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage, draws only 5.4µA quiescent current, and comes in a compact 5-pin SC-70 package.
