The ICM-42670-P is a high-performance, ultra-low-power 6-axis MEMS motion tracking IC from TDK InvenSense, integrating a 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer in a compact 2.5mm x 3mm LGA-14 package. Its gyroscope offers typical noise density of 3.6 mdps/√Hz, while the accelerometer features noise density as low as 100 µg/√Hz. The device supports I²C and SPI digital interfaces, includes a 2KB FIFO buffer and an APEX motion processor for efficient motion algorithms like gesture recognition and pedometer.
